Policy pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

In implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR” or European Regulation RE 679/16) we should inform you that the personal data provided by you will be recorded on our electronic or IT archives and processed in a thoroughly confidential manner by A.A.G. STUCCHI S.r.l. using manual, electronic and communication systems in full compliance with the law.

Data needs to be processed in order to execute a contract with a User and/or to perform pre-contractual measures and is based on consent given by the User. Providing one’s details is not obligatory but a failure to do so could prevent A.A.G. Stucchi from responding to a request or a requested service.

In addition to the data sent spontaneously, the data on the use of this website will also be collected automatically while it is being used. The User’s Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide its Services and also for the following purposes:

  • Statistics (analysis on the use of the website with Google Analytics – Google Inc.): collected with the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, completing reports and sharing them with the other services developed by Google;
  • Contacting the User: mailing list or newsletter – upon registration to the mailing list or newsletter, the email address of the User is automatically included in a contact list to which messages may be sent containing information about the company, including messages of a promotional or commercial nature);
  • Contact/sample request form: when filling in the contact form with their details, the User agrees to their use in order for replies to be given to their requests for information, quotations or of any other nature indicated in the form heading.

We also inform you that the personal data supplied to us will not be sent to third parties or disclosed in any other way, except to natural or legal persons in Italy or in EU countries that perform specific processing services on behalf and/or in the interests of A.A.G. STUCCHI S.r.l. or perform associated, related or instrumental activities supporting A.A.G. STUCCHI S.r.l.

If a request comes from a non-EU country, the data may be sent to natural or legal persons that perform specific processing services on behalf of A.A.G. Stucchi, in the area where the request came from.

In accordance with the provisions in the GDPR, we would also inform you that you can, at any time and free of charge, exercise the rights indicated in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of the GDPR, namely ask for access to, integration of and the deletion of the data and limit or refuse the processing of the data.
